Bad things can happen to anyone and none of us is immune and assured from terrible diseases. But the saddest thing is when the disease affects a child who has just started his live and is constrained to fight for survival every day.

We are talking about Alexandra Negru, which only a year and 11 months old. Unfortunately the girl already learned what pain and fear means – the doctors gave her a terrible diagnosis - right-sided pneumonia, complicated by destructive bacterial pneumothorax, pulmonary sepsis. The girl cannot breathe normally and every day doctors are forced to pump huge amount of pus from the lungs. In these circumstances, the chances of recovery are very low. Unfortunately, due to lack of required equipment, in Moldova it is impossible to perform the surgery. It can only be done abroad, but it is very expensive. Friends, we address all those who care about the fate of this young and innocent creature.

The child needs urgent treatment and every day counts! With each passing day the chances for survival are decreasing! Alexandra needs € 20,000 for treatment at the clinic Koç Üniversitesi Hastanesi Istambul and € 8,000 for the transportation in a specially equipped airplane.

Parents, with the help of their friends, managed to collect a part of the required sum, but they need another 15,000 euros.
