Hello, we are desperate and we are asking for help from people of goodwill to help us save our little girl. Sofia was born with a congenital heart defect. Since then she underwent 2 open heart surgeries and 4 vascular surgeries, and now she require a third open heart surgery in Kiev, Ukraine. Unfortunately, we do not have the financial resources to pay for it. We are a modest family with 3 children and are no longer able to cope with all expenses. We sincerely ask you to help us save our little girl. We have very little time, on January 20 we should already be in the hospital, and it is very difficult for us. We have no on else to turn to, you are our only hope to see our girl healthy.
