Another cry for help ... another child, another family that without your support and help will not cope!!! When children get sick it is terrible, it is a great misfortune for the entire family and in such cases we can only rely on the fact that people around will hear us and help us ... Recently, on September 18, Artiom celebrated his 7th birthday, and he was ready to go to the first class. He was waiting for this day with such an enthusiasm! He has already prepared a backpack, school uniforms. But instead of going to school, the child went to a hospital ... On his birthday, he was already in the department of hematology ... It's very hard ... It's hard to imagine what happens in the soul of this child ... Artiom has a big family, he has brothers and a sister who are waiting for him and his mother at home. His father is a retired person and can not work full time for health reasons, while his mother is always with Artiom at the hospital ... At home with his father, there are school-age children which study in 6th and 8th grade. The family is socially - vulnerable, poor but united and very friendly !!! Artiom has good forecasts, as his body responds well to treatment, but there is a number of material and financial problems.... Artiom requires medicines, which are not available in Moldova, but are crucial for treating his disease, to bring him back to normal life, to a life without cancer. For chemotherapy he requires pills called Purinethol (25 tablets of 50 mg), a bottle costs70-80 euros and for the moment Artiom needs 10 bottles. In addition, he requires to Itraconazole (most common name –Orungal, active substance - Sporanox). He also must take antifungal Amfo-Moronal (3 bottles), a bottle costs 50 euros. He must also take Humatin (5 boxes) that costs 10-15 euros. After preliminary calculations, to buy all these drugs in the near future Artiom requires 1000 euros. This is a huge sum.... but a child's life is priceless. The right to be healthy and to live without leukemia is priceless. We believe that together we can help Artiom live, have a normal life like all children,go to school ... and all the bad things will remain in the past ...
