2 weeks ago, a terrible news devastated us: Simona, a little girl, the daughter of Victoria Popovici, our friend, was diagnosticated with cancer.
Simona is only 3 years 7 months old. Only at the end of August she was smiling and full of life, enjoying the blue of the sea and the arms of her mother, and now she is in the same arms, but very ill, in a hospital. This news perturbated the normal life of family Popovici. Simona's parents, in September, began to treat an ordinary pneumonia at their daughter, but in Moldova the doctors said they can not help this child, so they choosed a medical institution from Romania. In Romania they received the worst news in their life: Simona has cancer.
The final diagnosis is: multiple solid tumor with pleural metastasis, liver, peritoneal; mycoplasma pneumoniae infection; hemolytic anemia; paraneoplastic syndrome of tim cid; severe respiratory failure; neoplastic ascites; neoplastic pleurisy, thrombocytopenia.
Simona needs an expensive treatment in an international hospital, we are waiting for anwers about her spitalisation from Italy, Turkey, Russia. But the expenses for her treatment will be minimum 60.000 USD, as doctors from Romania said.
We implore you to help us to save this little girl, the only child in the family, the meaning of life and the eyes light for two parents.
