Redirect 2% of your income tax by April 30. A free gesture — a changed destiny!

A simple act that costs you nothing can become treatment for a child, support for a mother, or help for an elderly person left alone. Until April 30, Moldovans can decide where 2% of their income tax goes.

Every year, taxpayers in the Republic of Moldova have the opportunity to redirect 2% of their income tax to a non-profit organization.

It is not an additional donation and does not require any extra money out of your pocket. It is a choice.

Among the organizations that can be supported is the “Caritate.MD” Foundation — a foundation that intervenes in urgent social and medical cases across the country.

A small percentage. A powerful impact.

Last year, more than 800 people chose to redirect their 2% to the “Caritate.MD” Foundation. For the beneficiaries, this seemingly small gesture meant so much more:

• extra days of life for a child undergoing treatment;

• a chance at life for a mother;

• a warm meal for an elderly person who has no one left.

Behind every completed form stands a choice — one that can make the difference between despair and hope.

Until April 30, the choice is yours again.

The percentage designation campaign is open until April 30. Every taxpayer can decide that 2% of the tax already paid to the state goes where it is needed most.

To redirect 2% to the “Caritate.MD” Foundation, you need to complete form CET15 or CET18, depending on the type of declaration.

Only field M2 should be filled in, indicating the foundation’s fiscal code — 1010620001522. Field M1 should not be completed.

The request can be:

• submitted in person at any territorial tax office;

• sent by post;

• submitted online via servicii.fisc.md using an electronic or mobile signature.

It is a simple gesture.

It costs you nothing.

But for someone, it can mean life.
