Hello, my name is Oksana Cobileatchi, and I appeal to all people of goodwill to help us. My 22 year old son requires  urgent surgery on his left arm and left leg. After an injury received in childhood, he is partially immobilized. 

The surgery was necessary at a younger age, but due to financial reasons, we did not have the opportunity to do it. The situation is getting worse every year, so I ask you to help us raise the necessary sum to help Nicolai develop his skills and become more independent. I am desperate and I need your help.
