Sad but true story. A family from Prajila village, Floresti district, desperately needs assistance in order to save their child who is only two years old. His name is Liviu Fatu and he was diagnosed with acute leukemia. The boy's mother, dressed in mourning and tears, told us about their difficulties. Currently, only the husband works in the family. They do not have their own home and both live with her mother. In addition, the boy’s grandmother who has a salary of 950 lei in a rural school helps in supporting the family. According to the boy’s mother, two weeks ago, her child fell ill with pneumonia, and after a week of treatment at home, they went to the district hospital, then to the hospital in Balti, before being redirected to the mother institute and the child, and then to the Oncology Institute, where they received this terrible news. The boy's family cannot afford the treatment, because the drugs have to bought from abroad. Therefore, they desperately ask us to help with save their child.
