Our daughter, Camelia was indeed an expected baby and we didn’t imagine that she would go through so many difficulties after her birth. But what the Lord gave us, we accept. The girl was born prematurely on 32th week and weighed 1.700 kg. Since birth she was not breathing and was connected to life maintaining devices. After a month and a half we left the hospital and the girl was already weighing 2500 kg. Despite some minor health problems, everything was fine, but after eight months, the child experienced convulsions, she fell into a coma and was reconnected to devices. When she regained consciousness, doctors told us that she suffocated and only time will show how serious it was. It's been three years, and the consequences are disastrous - Camellia can neither speak nor walk. With difficulty she learned how to sit. In short, our daughter received the diagnosis: PCI and tetrapareses with psychomotor and speech retardation. Until now, we did all we could to improve her condition. But now we have a request to all people of good will to help us gather the necessary sum to go to the city of Truskavets (Ukraine) for treatment and rehabilitation, which we hope will help our little princess and she will be able to say "mama" and "papa" and run around the house independently.
