"Don't forget about us." Hearing that voice break right at the garden gate stays with you. Winter is back, and our trucks are heading out across Moldovan villages again—heavy with firewood, coal, and warm food. Not just to drop off cargo, but to sit, check the draft, and break the silence. Stepping inside where the hearth went dead days ago, looking at hands carved by a lifetime of hard labor, and watching someone cry not because of a box of groceries, but because another person actually crossed their threshold.

We’ve reached thousands over the years. It’s never really been about the wood. It’s about thawing out freezing rooms, stiffened fingers, and people who quietly gave up on waiting for a knock.

Back on the road. Every single house counts: the ones rationing logs to the last stick, sleeping bundled in winter coats, staring down the lane hoping headlights finally turn into their yard.

Help us reach every door. Bring the fuel, the heat, the meal. And tell them what they need to hear most: We haven't forgotten you.
