The community house in the village of Hansca, in Ialoveni district, was built in 2012 with the aim of integrating young people with disabilities into society, as well as to provide better living conditions and a family atmosphere. Today, six boys with disabilities live in this community home and are cared for daily by its workers. During the summer, young people are engaged in various activities, drawing, manufacturing of various handicrafts, sculpting, they play together with psycho-educators and volunteers. The house is equipped with all necessary conditions, and the toilet is adapted for people with disabilities. Two boys live in each room and each room is equipped with all the necessary things in accordance with the needs of these disabled boys. Six boys - Ion, Andrei, Ion, Sergiu, Ionut and Victor - need our support. The bathtub in which they wash themselves was damaged, and the budget of the community house is too small to buy a new one. The Hansca Community House needs a new bathtub adapted to the needs of the boys, with a special support, since three of them are in a wheelchair. 17,000 lei are required for six disabled boys to take baths and take care of basic hygiene.
