Greetings,

I am the mother of a true superhero. My son, Bogdan, is 14 years old, and every moment of his life is a battle to keep going. Since early childhood, he has been fighting two rare and severe genetic disorders. Unfortunately, there is no cure—only hope. His illness has stolen his childhood, taken away his abilities, and left him bedridden.

We are reaching out to people of goodwill for help in purchasing a mobility aid—an electric lift. Due to Bogdan’s severe obesity, caring for him and moving him without this equipment is extremely difficult.
