A message from his parents: 

Greetings, kind and compassionate people. I am reaching out to you as the mother of a wonderful five-year-old boy, Matvei. Tragically, my son’s life has been an uphill battle from the very day he was born. Due to a congenital heart defect and developmental delays, Matvei can neither walk nor speak. He is entirely dependent on us for everything—he cannot feed himself and still needs to wear diapers. Life is incredibly difficult for our little boy, yet he never gives up.

Matvei is an amazingly bright, gentle, and resilient child. Despite all the hardships, he keeps smiling and finding joy in life. To make progress and have any chance of taking his first independent steps, he urgently needs regular rehabilitation and physical therapy. Our family simply cannot afford this expensive treatment on our own. We are honestly begging you for help. Please, extend a helping hand to our boy—any amount can change his fate and give him a chance at a real future.
