A message from the mother:

My name is Mihaela Dînga, and I’m the mother of four little girls — ages five, three, one and a half, and just six months.

We’re going through the hardest time of our lives. On January 31st, around 2:15 in the morning, my partner died in a car accident near the entrance to Rîșcani district. We were not legally married, and his name doesn’t appear on the children’s birth certificates.

On March 7th, his mother forced us out of the house. The next day, some close friends took us in, and we’ve been staying with them ever since.

I have no home, no steady income. My mother passed away when I was 12, and my father is not able to help me financially.

I only receive support for my two youngest girls. Everything else — baby food, clothes, essentials — comes from the kindness of strangers.

I’m reaching out to anyone with a kind heart. Please help us however you can, so I can offer my girls even the most basic living conditions.
