Valery Kilovskii is 11 years old and he is a disabled person. Since childhood the boy suffers from cerebral palsy – he cannot not walk or talk. Valera’s mother Natalia daily walks her son outdoors. But now the situation is becoming more problematic, because Valera has grown and the stroller became to small. The boy became taller and gained weight and now his knees rest against the stroller bars, and his feet are dragged on the floor. The boy feels very uncomfortable, even if his mother continues to walk him in this stroller, which is not suitable for such a weight. Now Valera weighs 25 kilograms. At least he has an older brother, who 14 years old. He helps his mother move and walk Valera.
Valerie loves to be outdoors. Outside he sees the sky, breathe the clean air, communicates with nature, admire other people. IF he will not get a special wheelchair, he will lose it all. He really hates to be locked up in the house.

We must agree, that it’s not a very high price to pay for the opportunity to be outdoors. In addition, Valera will have this wheelchair for life.
