Dear friends, we are launching the campaign, "For the Children of Moldova."

One in every three children in Moldova lives in abject poverty. We are not talking about statistics. We are talking about people. About children who go to sleep hungry, clutching cold pillows and dreaming of a childhood they will never know.

In the villages of Moldova, poverty represents not just the lack of money—it is the lack of hope. It is a mother splitting one loaf of bread among three children. It is a father working abroad and a child waiting by the phone just to hear his voice. It is the cold that seeps into the bones and the silence that hurts.

The "For the Children of Moldova" campaign aims to bring back smiles where only longing remains. We will buy warm clothing, food products, toys, and other vital necessities, and above all—we will bring hope into the hearts of children who have forgotten what it means to dream.

We will visit from house to house, from village to village, to show them: they are not alone. To show that in our country there are still good people, kind hearts, and souls who still care.

We may not be able to change the whole world, but we can change the world of a child. And that, dear friends, means everything.

Dragii nostri, de patru luni, campania „Pentru Copiii Moldovei” merge din casa in casa, din sat in sat, dintr-o poveste grea intr-un zambet care ne ramane in suflet.  Astazi nu vrem sa va cerem nimic. Vrem doar sa va rugam sa priviti. Priviti acesti copii.

Priviti bucuria lor. Priviti cat de mult poate insemna pentru un copil faptul ca cineva s-a gandit la el. Tot ce vedeti s-a intamplat datorita voua. Datorita oamenilor care au ales sa nu ramana indiferenti. Datorita celor care au donat, au distribuit, au crezut in aceasta campanie si au mers cu noi mai departe. Impreuna, am schimbat locul in care 23 de copii cu cerinte educationale speciale invata zi de zi. Le-am oferit un spatiu in care sa poata descoperi, sa se simta in siguranta, sa aiba curaj, sa fie ei insisi.

Impreuna, am schimbat destinul unei mame si al celor trei copii ai ei, ramasi fara un acoperis sigur dupa ce tatal lor a decedat. Astazi au o casa. Au paturi. Au o usa pe care o pot inchide seara si pot spune: „Suntem acasa.”

Am ajuns in centre pentru copii cu dizabilitati. Am mers prin sate. Am dus hrana, hainute, lucruri necesare si, mai presus de toate, sentimentul ca cineva ii vede.

In doar patru luni, peste 240 de copii ai Moldovei au simtit aceasta campanie aproape de ei. 240 de copii. 240 de suflete care au primit nu doar ajutor, ci si un mesaj: „Contezi.” „Meriti.” „Nu esti singur.”

Dragii nostri, va multumim. Va multumim ca va pasa. Va multumim ca alegeti sa faceti parte dintr-o campanie care nu daruieste doar lucruri, ci seamana bunatate in copii. Pentru ca atunci cand un copil vede ca un om strain l-a ajutat, invata si el ceva despre lume. Invata ca binele exista. Ca oamenii se pot sprijini unii pe altii. Ca om cu om se ajuta. Ca intr-o zi, cand va creste, poate va darui mai departe ceea ce a primit astazi.

Poate acesta este cel mai frumos lucru pe care il construim impreuna: nu doar case, camere, ghiozdane sau mese pline.

Ci copii care cresc stiind ca bunatatea are putere.

Din numele tuturor copiilor la care ati ajuns prin noi, MULTUMIM. 

Pentru fiecare donatie. Pentru fiecare distribuire. Pentru fiecare „sunt alaturi”. Pentru fiecare copil pe care l-ati facut sa zambeasca.

Binele vostru are chip. Astazi vi-l aratam. PLECACIUNI.
