Greetings, kind-hearted people,

My name is Cristina, and I am the mother of two wonderful children. Life has tested my husband and me since the very beginning. I have a second-degree disability — I have cerebral palsy. My husband has a first-degree disability; he suffers from the same condition but in a more severe form, along with epileptic seizures.

Despite these diagnoses, we are grateful that we can walk. However, due to our conditions, it is very difficult for us to move around like healthy people do.

Our children — a five-year-old son and a nine-month-old daughter — are our strength and our main motivation to keep moving forward. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in the area where we live. The road to the nearest station is an ordeal for us, especially when we have to go on foot with two small children. Every trip anywhere turns into a major challenge for us.

That is why, with great hope, we are reaching out for your help. We really need an electric scooter. It would completely change our lives: we would be able to move more freely and give our children a normal childhood. It is not easy for us to ask for help, but we do it for them.
