Hello, my name is Svetlana, I am 24 years old and I have been diagnosed with a rare genetic disease - multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome. From the age of 16 until now I have undergone 4 surgeries, I no longer have two adrenal glands or a thyroid gland. I have been wandering around hospitals since childhood; I had my first surgery in 2015, then in 2019, and the last one in 2020. These were years of examinations, which then led to subsequent surgeries.
This year I underwent my last liver biopsy surgery, where metastases of pheochromocytoma were discovered. I hoped with all my heart that everything would stop in 2020 after the last surgery, but it turns out I will have to continue to fight for my life.
The treatment of these metastases is no longer possible in Moldova due to therapeutic limitations, so we have to resort to expensive treatments offered by another country, in our case Turkey.
The most precious thing a person can have on earth is health, which I can save with your support.
