My name is Leca Vasile Nicolae and I live in the village of Oksentya, in Dubasari district. I was born on January 13, 1986, and I am a first group disabled person since childhood. I was born healthy, but a few months later I was vaccinated, as it is the case for all children under the age of one year, and a few months later, the place where I was vaccinated has swollen and began to ache. We consulted with the doctors and they told us that everything will be ok. At the age of two, the illness worsened and I was taken to a hospital in Chisinau. I had a surgery on my back, took tests that were sent to Moscow, as Moldovan doctors could not determine what I was suffering from. After two weeks the results of tests came in, saying that my nerve was damaged. I went to the doctors, but they said that they can not straighten it out and gave me the disability status. Until I was 13, I had difficulty walking, and then the situation worsened. Now I'm 31 and I'm bedridden. For 19 years, I could not do anything. I really would like to go out with friends, but I constantly need medications, treatment. Please, I ask you from the bottom of my heart, help me, whatever you can. Thank you.
