But tragedy rarely strikes just once. Our strength and resources are completely spent, and now we face a new, devastating trial. Kirill is fighting a severe cytomegalovirus infection. The disease is ravaging his body, making it impossible to move forward with the next life-saving step.

Doctors are now preparing him for a kidney transplant. To survive the surgery and make it through recovery, he desperately needs a medication called GRAFALON. The cost is astronomical—a sum our family simply cannot reach on our own.
