Hello! My name is Irina Postica and I am the mother of two wonderful children. The youngest is called Nelu and he is 8 years old. Unfortunately, Nelu suffers from a terrible genetic disease - Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Every day, the disease weakens his muscles throughout the body, it is very difficult for him to move, and is becoming even more difficult for him to walk. However, Nelu is a cheerful, playful child who wants to go to school, he loves to draw, but due to continuous treatment, at the age of 8, he weighs only 41 kg. He wants to meet with his friends and colleagues, but there is one obstacle for him and for all of us - he cannot move. We are a modest family with incomes that are barely enough to survive. This is why I want to ask all people with kind hearts and all people of good will to help us buy an electric wheelchair for the disabled. I beg you to help us and I wish with all my heart for my child to feel a little happier.
