The problem of uncared for animals is acute in practically all the regions of the country. A handful of enthusiasts is trying to solve this huge issue. Sometimes the local authorities are also involved, but it is rather an exception to the rules. That is why we are sure that animals need our help. Many of us met on the streets stray dogs and cats. Someone passed by, someone gave them some food and water, someone put took them to shelters. Our shelter Laika is in the village of Ciorescu. Here the animals are sterilized, treated and new families  for them are found. At the moment, there are animals that were brought here after car accidents, with skin diseases that need our help. It is necessary to change the attitude of the people towards stray animals from "I want to help" to "I can help". For example, you can sterilize cats living in your yard, and thus save from the agonizing death several thousand animals - because one cat and can bring in 7 years 420,000 kittens! And almost all of them will probably perish on the streets. We have developed a special instruction for those who want to help, but do not know how.
