A message from his mother:

Dear friends, I am Iurie Boghiu’s mother, and I am writing to you with a desperate plea—please help me save my son. A year ago, his life changed in an instant following a horrific accident. Iurie suffered a severe traumatic brain injury, and to save his life, doctors had to implant a programmable magnetic shunt. Sadly, just a week after the surgery, serious complications arose: my son developed a persistent high fever, and subsequent testing revealed a severe infection.

Since then, every day has been a battle for survival. Over the past year, Iurie has been hospitalized countless times, enduring grueling treatments and a series of surgical procedures. He has spent the last three months in the intensive care unit and recently underwent nine brain surgeries.

Today, his only hope lies in continuing his treatment at a specialized clinic abroad. Doctors are ready to take on his case, but the costs for the transfer and medical care total 25,400 euros—an amount far beyond what our family can afford.
